"We had such a wonderful stay at Langham Palace! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained, but what really made our experience stand out was the staff.
We arrived in the morning after breakfast had already ended, and the staff was kind enough to make us something quick to eat anyway. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated after traveling. They also upgraded us to a nicer room, which was another wonderful surprise.
