"因婚礼场地考察，我和女友在文华东方广州住了一晚。酒店虽然开业较早，但维护得非常好，宁静优雅，一进门就好感拉满。 入住过程中最大的惊喜来自Nicolo。他在行政酒廊接待我们，专业又亲切，记得我们是来看场地的，主动帮忙协调，虽然宴会厅未能参观，但他特地带我参观了餐厅、酒吧、泳池和水疗，讲了不少小故事。晚上回房，竟发现他根据聊天细节准备了手写卡片、小礼物和纪念磁贴，仅仅一晚却用心至此，真的很感动。 同时想谢谢行政酒廊的Bella，温柔又专业；还有Cora，虽然没直接服务我们，但听到她与客人互动的语气，真诚又温暖。也感谢预订部的Sicilia Wu提前联系和帶我们看场地的Kiara - 非常感恩。 ..."
