"The staff is the only reason I gave it a five. Lee at the reception is amazing and very accommodating. He went out of his way to speak to our taxi driver about transportation arrangements. The room is clean but could use some improvement. The room is average but Lee is great."

"Breakfast was buffet style with great combination with Korean & Continental. They provided eggs with boiled, scrambled and half boiled which I preferred as well. Location was so convenient as close to Myeongdong & Insadong, Gwanghwamoom in walking distance. The staff speaks good english & I had no issues to communicate as a korean immigrant of 40 some years. "

Cabs were not running nearby so staffer took us to nearby subway to get to scheduled express train to airport. She spoke English too. What a lifesaver. "すべてにおいて「優良」ホテルです。 夫と2人、スイートに2泊しましたが、 お部屋のインテリアも落ち着いていてとてもきれいでした。檜の四角いお風呂にも入り、大変心地良かったです。 エアコンも天井に2つありスムーズに使えました。 2泊だけなのでお掃除不要とメイドさんに伝えたら、タオル交換と水ボトルの補充などすぐに対応してもらいありがたかったです。 チェックアウトの時にフロントでタクシーの手配をお願いしたら、本当に4分でタクシーが到着！早くて驚きました！(たいてい長く待たされることが多いので･･･) チェックインも早くてスムーズでした！ とにかくスタッフの方々は感じが良く、迅速に対応してくださりエクセレント！ 今回はレストランの利用は無し。 周辺の飲食店は地元の人たちが多く利用していて明洞に比べてお安い感じです。 ガイドブックに載ってない本当に美味しいお店もありますよ。 セキュリティもしっかりしていて安心、 私たち的には5つ星、 次回もぜひこのホテルにしたいです！ "

"Basic but comfortable and clean. Very close to a tube station with easy connections to the rest of the city. Room was a bit dated but did a great job for a two night stay.
