"My two adult daughters and I recently spent a "Girls Only" getaway at this beautiful riverfront property, and it was perfect for our trip! From the moment we arrived, the house was exactly as described. Each of us had our own clean and cozy room, making it feel like we had plenty of space to relax and unwind.The directions provided were spot on, and the drive to the house was easy to navigate despite the dirt and gravel road. My daughter's van handled it just fine, so there were no issues there....

"We had a lovely visit to Arcadia Valley. I brought a friend who had never been there and we enjoyed all of the sites and visited with family. The cabin was perfect. We counted 29 species of birds from the front porch and watched the lightning beetles in the field across the road. It was magical. "

Everything was clean, and she has thought of everything you may need during your stay; she even had an extra toothbrush, which I was so grateful for as I realized late at night that I had forgotten mine. "The location of the cabin was fantastic! It’s close to some great hiking and the privacy, peace, and quiet were phenomenal. It was so nice sitting on the deck, listening to the birds—very zen. Also loved watching the turtles on the property; had to herd them off the road on our return to the cabin one time, lol! Really good restaurants nearby where you definitely get a great meal for your dollar. The cabin was clean and the grill was the best one we’ve ever used at any house we’ve rented—clean...

"Traveling with a large family is never easy, but this rental made us feel at home. Full kitchen for cooking, dining area to seat everyone, huge tv, great wi-fi, washer and dryer, fun backyard to make s’mores, and beds upstairs to sleep all our kids. We would stay here again!"

"At the end of quiet street. Roomy and comfortable with all your basic needs. You do need to bring your own paper towels and coffee, everything else was provided. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Only complaint is bathtub drain was very slow."

"We had a family wedding at Pebble Creek Farm, just 6 miles away from The Roost. Ten of us including aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews had plenty of room at the house to get ready for the wedding, and to gather for snacks and games in the kitchen afterwards. Everything was really clean and comfortable. We would love to come back here and stay for a winery weekend! "

"This house was even better in person, they thought of everything to make your stay so comfortable and easy. The house is so beautiful, down to every small detail. We cannot wait to stay here again!! The owners are so nice and accommodating. And they even have a non profit store a few blocks from the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Thank you so much!!"
