"There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room."

"Staff were so nice and helpful! From the front desk to the cafe attendants everyone was very kind and attentive. The room was very clean and well maintained! Housekeeping serviced our room and replaced used towels with fresh ones, made beds, and took the trash. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. There is no coffee maker in the room, but freshly ground coffee is available in the lobby 24/7! Breakfast was ok…no waffles but a fancy pancake making machine. Eggs, potatoes, sausage,...

"Would not stay here again. The tv didn’t even have the local channel to watch the nba playoffs. We literally stopped halfway on our 13 hour road trip just so we could watch game 7 and they didn’t even have NBC!!!"

Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign. "Omg!!!! Okay so I should have known being that I am from Memphis and live here! My husband and I like to do staycations. My crazy butt see this on Expedia and was like oooh this is cheap and I have never heard of them. The room smelled like everything was dipped in cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom! I couldn’t sleep and was ready to just go back home! So this definitely won’t be on our staycation list! Matter of fact, it shouldn’t be on anyone’s list!"

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."
