"Check in was done from a “automated kiosk.” The restaurant was never open neither was the bar. There is no breakfast. The elevator is sketchy not sure when it was last inspected or certified. The location of the hotel is rough."

"Breakfast was good and had many options. Staff working breakfast was very kind. Front desk staff was helpful. Pool not open til Memorial Day so can’t give 5 stars on amenities (yet). Convenient. Clean. Definitely would return. "

"Staff was excellent. I was very disappointed with my room. The bed was soft and the location was not desirable. They put me right next to the fitness center. I asked to be moved and they refused to put me in a different room. it was very busy the first night of my stay even though they have quiet hours in the lobby."

"The toilet seat in the bathrooms was too thin and uncomfortable. It felt like you would sink into the bowl. This can be corrected by Holiday Inn. The food service was good but there were few options for vegans. Oatmeal would be a nice complement."

"this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!"

"Nothing here helped me relax. First room was okay, but fridge had food leftover from previous occupant and ceiling leaked over the bedside table. Second room was clearly a smoking room - it reeked of cigarette smoke and linens had cigarette burns. Shower did not work in second room. My police escort requested the room change because the first room was deemed a possible crime scene, but desk clerk was told to gove me this one.
