"Noko was extremely helpful with the non-functioning coffee machine in the morning. Our customer experience was enhanced by her professionalism and sincerity. The staff, in general, was cohesive and family-like in the ways they worked together to ensure happy customers. We thoroughly appreciated them. The one negative was our shower spilled over onto a large portion of the bathroom floor creating a slip hazard."

My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more.
