"We arrived earlier than expected. We were able to get in but not into our room. We really need restroom but there isn’t one outside of the rooms. We sent a message asking if we could get in but never received a response. Our room was comfortable. Getting in and out of the tub shower was challenging for me as I have short legs. "If I were single I could live here. It's that comfortable. The freestanding apartment is ideally located and finished to a very high standard. Amazingly well designed and laid out. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. Many, many conveniences. Cafe table in garden outside. We parked once and walked everywhere. Lovely host. Really, I can't imagine anyone giving it less than a perfect score. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Hardly anyone around. Meet out by the flagpole in the rain. No restaurants were open so no dinner option or breakfast the next day so you either have to travel or go without. (This may have been the time of year…I’m not sure but we looked at their internet and picked it solely for us not to of had to leave once we got there. Furniture in living room is well used."

"Friendly staff! Easy access from the freeway(but no freeway noise). There are two EV chargers at the property and I was lucky enough to get one of them, so I started with a fully charged battery the next morning, which was awesome. Our room was spacious & clean. "Very straight forward, reliably clean and comfortable. The location is a little set apart from the main street of Ashland but the quick trip made it worth it to have a newer, cleaner room. Every member of the staff was perfectly accommodating. I would stay here again for sure."

"We stay here for the Scott Valley Wide Yard Sales. We were staying in Yreka but the homelessness has gotten out of hand. Callahans is in a great location close to Ashland, Medford and Yreka. It has beautiful valley views, large clean rooms. We will see you same time next year."

"What a fantastic find. The location is little tucked away from downtown Ashland, but an easy five minute drive Lovely grounds, excellent staff, wonderful service. A great experience!"

"Small but mighty is how I would describe the Timbers Inn. It suited our needs which was a comfortable bed to sleep in and close but not right in the middle of Ashland. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We could tell there have been some improvements were recently made. Our only regret was the swimming pool was not ready during the heatwave occurring on our arrival. "

"Hannah was such a good communicator and so helpful for my husband and I… We were in Ashland to visit friends and it was such a great place to be. So centrally located but also spacious and clean and beautiful… We would stay there anytime and hope to stay there again"
