"The breakfast was minimal with not a lot thought or care put into it. The biscuits were stale and the eggs lacked a lot. The bacon was thin and under cooked. When going into the breakfast area,the chairs were placed on the table and it was 2 hours until breakfast time was over. There’s also a lack of training in regards to how to professionally clean an eating or dining area. This was quite a disappointing experience. "

"We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point."

"Continental breakfast was okay.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is old and the general areas were dirty. Although is supposed to be a smokefree hotel, there were cigarette butts in the stairwells and hallway. The room was clean, but furniture was old. TV was out dated and few channels. Security was great!
Honestly - 2 star hotel for a 4 star price. "
