"My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one.
The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax.
We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me.
I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

"I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to...

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
One of my family members had to change rooms three times during our stay. The first room had rodents, the second room had cockroaches, and the third room was dirty and infested with bugs. After reporting these issues multiple times, we were informed that there were no other rooms available.
Because the conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic health and sanitation standards, we had no choice but to leave and find...

"The room was very clean. The bed was so uncomfortable , glad we only stayed one night. There was a hose right outside our room that a lot of people were using so we had to close our blinds! Our mistake coming on a holiday weekend. Otherwise it’s pretty much right on the beach and there are beach chairs available to use. The coffee pot did not work. Parking was extremely tight!"
