"The room and all the bedding and linens felt completely damp. I believe it was the wall’s air-conditioning unit. It made for a dreadful nights sleep. Additionally, the room had a really funky and almost toxic smell. Wondering if they had used some sort of pest control substance recently. All in all totally yucky."

"The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place."

"The staff was helpful and nice we were only there for one night, We booked it because of the so-called good reviews that were on this site but won't in our cleanest supposed to be but when we got there our room look like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks there were so many giants stains all over the floor there was crumbs and stuff all swept under the desk in the room. Overall property was okay but the room was not clean at all. Staff was friendly."
