"I dont usually write reviews but this time I have to because one day somebody is going to need it . I stayed october 28th,.. my flight was delayed and I could not be on time at Elmira so I arrived 6 am in the morning at this time I lost my reservation too but I called the hotel and I dont remenber the name of a woman who got my call , I explained everything and she said come I will help you ..i was up all night it was cold .. and she was an angel I hope she gets this message .. she helped me...

"We had an excellent stay at the Quality Inn Horsehead. The rooms were clean and spacious, and included a small fridge and microwave oven. The bathroom was nice, with daily-use toiletries. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would give a 10 out of 10."

"We loved our stay here! Marcus was friendly and very helpful in making sure our stay was perfect. He gave recommendations on food, wineries, things to do, etc. The common areas were decorated beautifully and filled with games and puzzles. Breakfast every morning was delicious and a great way start to our day. The location is close to downtown. We can’t wait to go back!"
