"The room is clean and spacious. Excellent location as it’s next to a mall. There are many dining options around the hotel within walking distance. Staff is very helpful and friendly. During my stay (room 1606), I’ve mistakenly threw something into the trash bin. I approached the 阿姨 who was still cleaning other rooms on the same floor and she managed to retrieve it for me. Really appreciate it. Didn’t manage to get her name but thank you very much. "

"My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and everything was quiet at night. "The suite we had was enormous and equipped with everything you would need if you were self catering, although we were only there for 3 nights. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with a wide range of choices, including bacon & eggs so I was happy! Well located with some excellent malls nearby."

"The experience was terrible. When I checked in, a hotel staff held up an amount of RMB 2000 in my credit card as deposit for my room.
Later on, a staff called me 4 times in 6 hours at 15:52, 17:04, 18:16 and 21:46 respectively.
Per above calls, I noted that the hotel wrongly charged $2000 on my credit card instead of holding up the amount as deposit.
During the call at 21:46, the hotel staff urged me to come back. In the call, she asked me where am I right now and when will I come back for...

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, solo eso. La barrera del idioma es difícil hasta con sus gerentes. La empleada de limpieza entró a nuestra habitación a pesar de tener doble letrero de “no molestar”. El desayuno es limitado y los huevos siempre vienen muy crudos. Muy bonita vista y ubicación si vas por negocios. Tiene lavandería self serve por si necesitas tu mismo lavar algo durante tu estadía. "
