"Friendly staff. Cheerful. Helpful. But the early check-in policy of getting an extra day instead of half the room rate is not normal like the hotels I usually go to. It is not reasonable."

"Thank you to Ms Kathy and Mr Goal for a wonderful stay, I needed a place with good wifi and quiet to work and this was the perfect place. Spotlessly clean and they moved me to a larger place as they had to do some work on the original apartment, thank you. ten to 15 minute walk along the river to Ben Tahn and downtown, lots of facilities available locally. "Excellent location, clean apartment in a secure building. I'm glad I booked this property because it was definitely worth it. Very convenient and close to all the major attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. The check-in and communication was super easy too. The apartment had all the amenities to make my stay memorable. Full kitchen, fridge, washer, fast WiFi, cozy beds, two full bathrooms,nice leather sofa and Smart TV. "

"Chau Apartments is really close to many places, and the neighborhood is good for walking (Vinh Khanh Street is within walking distance.) Everything was clean and comfortable in the apartment and the pool was awesome after a hot afternoon!
