Last year was great but this year was definitely even better.
Reception always so happy and ready to help , very kind!
Grateful for the care & attention from the restaurant staff especially as I have a serious allergy and the managers were very kind with extra help to make sure all was well with my order.
That was very important & we are both grateful to the staff I had no issues...

"Honestly...brilliant hotel and brilliant staff...really friendly, clean and in a good location. Close enough to night life but also far enough away that it can't be heard...the room was very clean with a beautiful lake view and views of the city...the only thing was it is down a long alley which is around a 5 minute walk to to the hotel. However the hotel runs a shuttle all day till 11pm to and from the hotel to the road. All in all really one of the best places I have ever stayed"

"The room was clean but had some water damage to the ceiling above the shower, staff were okay but when I complained about the noise from building repair works happening above us they were not overly obliging to relocate us so we went to another hotel next day.. Usually it is a pleasant stay but unfortunately not on this occasion"
