"辦理入主時間冗長，主要是時間到了房間還沒有打掃好，隔音非常差，可以非常清楚聽到隔壁房間跟外面打掃的聲音，房間裝修已經有很多使用痕跡，整體硬體一般班，但沒辦法，這個是菲律賓飯店的常態，多年都沒有看過哪一家飯店有改善，就是參考參考而已。服務人員普遍都積極有禮貌，但是問題都還在而已。"
