Staff is always great. ABC is a beautiful and unique hotel and I always stay there when in Angeles. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. We booked 2-bedroom, this is new hotel. No communication on what would be. No in-room phone , had to go to lift lobby. We didnt have breakfast, it is limited menu everyday, not kid-friendly.
