Please be aware that this is the bottom floor condo unit and with neighbors above and to the sides, there could be some noise.

Remodeled in Dec 2018 with new floors, vanity tops, and new bathrooms!

This Summit County condo is near Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland! 35 minutes to Vail & 5min to Lake Dillon. World class skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and golf close by!

Not accepting long-term rentals for ski seasons.

The new bed frames are solid beetle kill pine with aspen spindles, and all new mattresses. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed with a double/full on the bottom and twin on top.

2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
- Ground floor with walk-out patio (must go down steps to enter unit from front door of building)
- One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with full down and twin up.
- Queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress
- Clubhouse has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and activities including pool tables
- Laundry facilities available at the clubhouse
- On the bus route (short ride to/from Keystone, requires a transfer to get to Breckenridge)
- Family friendly: pack n' play, umbrella stroller, baby bjorn infant carrier, infant pool float, booster seat with tray available, other baby gear may be available by request

Summit County Short Term Rental Permit Number is BCA-78807.
Summit County Permit maximum approved occupancy is 8 people (owner chooses to allow less).
Summit County Permit maximum approved parking is 2 spaces
No smoking. Arrive anytime after 4pm, depart anytime before 10am. Early arrival and late departure available with prior arrangement, depending on the schedule, to allow the cleaning crew time to prepare.

I liked the way the place was laid out, the cleanliness and supplies available. We were able to easily do laundry, which was helpful during our journey. The location was convenient as we were visiting family in beautiful Dillon. It worked out well.

This place is looks better in person than it does online. It was VERY clean and had exactly what you would want or need in a getaway. There is even a tub of extra clothes to borrow in case you forgot something. There is a hot tub and a pool 2 buildings over that were much appreciated after a day on the slopes. It was dumping snow when we were there, so we drove to it. The owners were very responsive and we can't wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's close to anything you may want to do in Summit or Eagle County and our kids loved having the park and pool to swim in each day. The unit is very spacious, updated and clean -- has everything you need and the owners were very helpful. We loved that it was pet friendly with a small yard for our dog. We look forward to visiting again!

This condo is in a large project that has about 400 units in it, Dillon Valley East. The condo is in good shape, is well stocked with supplies, and is very comfortable. Kevin, the owner, responded quickly to a small problem with the icemaker. The main drawback was that our view was dominated by the parking lot.

This condo was a convenient spot to stay for easy access to Lake Dillon! It is right next to the interstate and has neighbors on all sides, so there’s some noise, but less than expected. Overall, it was a good stay. Recommendations: provide a few more basic amenities like coffee, shampoo, body wash, etc.
