"Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!"

"Wonderful for a week or two stay, can't beat the price and everything you need. Dog friendly, separate entrance, controlled parking, nice remodel finishing up. I couldn't be happier, great mural in historic downtown!"

"The property is in a good location to everything in Waterloo. The Condo was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I was very pleased and recommend anyone traveling through Waterloo, IA. to stay here. I’m already planning on staying here the next visit to Waterloo."

"We had a wonderful stay at this at the house. We loved being in a wooded area by the river. The screened-in patio overlooking the water was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening conversation. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit, reminiscing under the stars—it created such a cozy and memorable atmosphere. This home is ideal for get-togethers, with just the right balance of comfort and nature. We would definitely return!"

"It was a nice quiet, comfortable place to stay. Easy drive to any larger town but even for a small town good restaurants there in town."

"My husband and I stayed overnight for our anniversary. The place was beautiful and serene. We enjoyed the hot tub, and watching the sunset from the patio area. Our hosts were lovely and we even got to say hello to their sweet dogs. Wonderful experience! "

"We had a wonderful day! It was a lovely March day in the 70s and we spent the afternoon outside on the picnic table watching the river and all the birds!! The house and the grounds are lovely. I’d highly recommend it to anyone."

"Check in was simple, kitchen had everything we needed besides something to clean the grill with, which maybe we just overlooked. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Main bedroom/bathroom was perfect for us. Sauna was a nice amenity! Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. "

"Better than we expected! Couldn't have been happier with our selection! We will stay here every time we come to Eldora! Tim was easy to work with, readily available, super nice, and we even got to break in the Weber!! Wish we could give it 50 stars!"
