"My family and I stayed in a room with a view of the water, which was great! Our room was very clean! The bathroom was a little outdated, but it was clean. The room was so spacious! The staff were so friendly too!! My only complaint would be the pillows. They were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"No shuttle to the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship! The only reason why we booked because the reviews stated free shuttle to the boat. No shuttle to the restaurants across the bridge to eat dinner. Breakfast was none existent because they were out of everything and expensive for the little they had. The hotel is nice and has potential to be great. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. We booked because the hotel location is at the port! Why not have a shuttle to all boats??!!"

Our room was on the street and was surprisingly quieter than expected. It was fine for our use, we got there at 9 at night and left at 7 in the morning. It is not far from CSULB. "I’ve been in so many hotels. But seriously this is the worst. It smells so bad. Couldn’t sleep. Made a reservation here because couldn’t find something affordable last minute. I seriously don’t recommend this place to anyone. Specially if you have kids. Don’t go there!!!!"
