"Very nicely-updated, clean property with everything you could want including lovely outdoor spaces. Property owner makes you sign a waiver - assumption seems to be you are going to destroy the place. Documentation provided by owner essentially indicates that neighbors have been advised to notify property owner of any “problems”, and multiple references to calling the police were also made in up-front documentation. Upon check-in there was a form waiting for us that wanted all sorts of...

"Great location. Close to the park, bars, restaurants, and a gas station. World class trout fishing within minutes. Covered deck is a game changer on a rainy afternoon. We will be back every year! "

"Being our first experience lodging on a house boat, we felt as though we were staying in luxury. Unexpectedly, the boat was fully equipped with everything. The owner has it tastefully decorated, neat and very clean. Good location and within walking of a couple popular bar/restaurant eateries, although many around the city (college town). "Beautiful, super clean, comfortable place. Brady has thought of everything! Watching the sun set over the fields with the wildlife putting on a show was only surpassed by morning coffee on the deck listening and watching the birds begin their day. Stunning beauty. We will be back in the future! It was a short drive to the Trempealeau Wildlife refuge for some biking"

"Very comfortable and had everything you need to feel at home!"

"Great place as advertised!"

"This place is a gem. Located on 3rd Street close to all the action, restaurants and bars. The condo itself is beautiful and has exposed brick, vents and much more. It’s quiet during the day but it doors get loud with Broncos bar sharing a common wall. There are also unique noises probably due to the building design. Bedrooms are good size and clean bathrooms. Only concern besides the evening noise is having to carry the cooler up to the room. We will plan to stay there again but perhaps opt for...

"The tiny home was perfect for our 4-day stay in Pepin. Very cozy and quaint. It had everything we needed. We definitely will stay here again if we're ever find ourselves back in Pepin."

"Perfect location for a weekend getaway. House had everything you need. Would stay there again"
