"This house was physically perfect for us. The number of bedrooms, the layout of the house (wonderful for gatherings), the pool and the fenced in yard was perfect for our large family and the pets that came with us. Hanging out in the open spaces, cooking together and just enjoying each other was awesome and easy. Having put that very important part of it first, there were some "bumps". "From their mountain, I had a clear view of sunrise. In my small house (one of four), at the foot of my bed, I had a picture window into the woods and the setting sun and moon. I was so happy! The smell of fireplaces was in the air. The home was picture-perfect in everything I needed to be comfortable and up-to-date. I could live in this house! The friendly, helpful hosts greeted me upon arrival. I should have taken advantage of the wellness amenities--meals, yoga, sound bath. I hope to return...

"Nice place to hang your hat! Checking in was easy, just a keypad. Kitchen has all the amenities you need for basic cooking, bathroom includes a long bathtub for a relaxing soak. It’s also across the street from an ice cream place! My only (very minor) con was that kids were playing loudly most of day, so not exactly a remote/quiet getaway, but hey, kids will be kids and I was off enjoying meals & hiking most of the day anyway. Would recommend!"
