"Very cozy and clean but needs to be rearranged for space and needs more places to put suitcases and things in bathroom have no room. Mirror isn't over sink and plug for hairdryer is really low. Ladder in middle of the room takes up too much space. Did have alot of ammenities for kitchen if needed."

"We have stayed here quite often when we travel home- however under the new management, it seems like the standards may be slipping. Not sure if we’ll be back next time. Biggest gripe- the Apple Music Country station that plays loudly through the entire hotel really de-classes the place- what about an Italian garden decorated hotel says country radio? "The room was on the first floor. The vanity and tub porcelain was peeled away in large patches and the vanity was pulling away from the wall. The carpet was badly stained. The comforter do thin I thought it was a sheet. I expressed my disappointment and they offered me another room on the same floor a few rooms down. "This property was horrible. When I checked in the first room I was given it was never cleaned. The lady at the front desk switched me to a second room and that room was dirty also. She came and cleaned somethings up in the second room. She said she would discount the room that never happened. Everyday after 6pm there was no one at the front desk until late morning. The whole 3 night stay they had no wash clothes. A upset guess trashed the lobby because he was mad about something. Definitely...
