"This home is very convenient to shopping & restaurants, located in a quiet & well maintained neighborhood. It is very clean with basic supplies available if needed. The home is beautifully decorated & we love the courtyard! Our 3 dogs enjoyed the grassy yard in the front & side yards. There is an above ground pool which was placed only a few days before we arrived. It is not ready to be used. It will be a pretty oasis once they finish it."

"Jerry was a very responsive and helpful host, and communication throughout the stay was excellent. The home itself is quite spacious, which was a plus. However, it didn’t meet the level of cleanliness and upkeep I was expecting for the price. The interior could benefit from fresh paint, and some of the furniture appeared worn and not fully clean.
