"Overall, the hotel was very clean. The room was spacious (over 30 m²) and comfortably accommodated the three of us. The staff dressed casually rather than wearing uniforms, which gave the hotel a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and provided excellent service. We did not have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, so we are unable to comment on the food."

"Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter."

"新しいからだと思うが、各所綺麗なのが良かった。清掃もきちんとされていると思う。スタッフの感じも良かった。大浴場も綺麗で良かったのだが脱衣所やロッカー前が狭いので、ピーク時間帯に行ったせいかロッカー前にすぐには入れなかった。混雑状況が何かで確認出来ると良いと思う。朝食ビュッフェは十分なバリエーションで満足だった。欲を言うと展望ラウンジの営業時間がもう少し長いと良い。またはカフェやバーの営業時間外もお風呂の後の休憩スペースとして使えるとか...。画像を見て楽しみにしていたのだが朝も夜も閉まっていて入れずに残念だった。ホテルの立地は非常に便利だった。堺町通りや運河に近く行き来しやすい。是非また利用したい。"

"閑散期や繁忙期に備えている部屋づくり（2段ベット使用の最大4人部屋）は今回、有意義に宿泊出来て良かった。夕食は同じ敷地内？「味の時計台」ラーメンを食べて北海道らしさを堪能。その後、同じ敷地内？マックスバリュで翌朝食を買い込んだ。サウナ無しも大浴場があり深夜早朝も可能。2名素泊まり1万円代前半宿泊でしたのでぜひ次回も利用したいです。"
