"This is a great place! Very unique. A converted dairy barn that you would not imagine that it was a dairy barn! Just a short drive out of town in a peaceful setting. Cows will be your welcome committee! The home is comfortable with plenty of room and our dog loved the field to explore. Julie is an outstanding host. "This property was a perfect spot for exploring downtown Nacogdoches and walking back from dinner with friends. It was just what we needed for 2 people and a small dog. The property was clean and tidy. Definitely will stay here again in the future. "

"This quiet getaway was exactly what we needed. This little cottage was absolutely amazing and beautiful, clean on the inside and well maintained. My wife loved everything about it not to mention they even decorated for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend to stay in the small town of Carthage and stay at the cottage. It has definitely been put on our list of places to revisit! "

"Great view! Location is kinda sketchy but close to everything you need. The surrounding area could use a clean up of old junk but that’s not the property rentals fault. The recliner could be replaced because it doesn’t recline and the grill needs a good cleaning and grilling utensils would’ve been great. We enjoyed of stay for the most part though. Loved Toledo bend !"

"The house was clean and very nice. The dock was a mess. The trash can was over flowing with trash and the dock look was a very nice dock but looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were cobwebs everywhere and the lights were covered with bugs. It was a very nice large dock but needed cleaning."
