"The staff were amazing and very helpful especially with my son who has severe learning disabilities and is nonverbal. They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff. The team at the Palm Court restaurant for breakfast and dinner were beyond brilliant - managing our timings and needs for him on demand. 10000% brilliant, cannot wait to come back! "Points positifs : Restauration de qualité, du choix et du personnel agréable. Massage dans un lieu très propre, du personnel extrêmement gentille, sympathique et agréable. Très professionnelle offrant une magnifique expérience. Mon coup de coeur. Point négatif : l’accueil de l’hôtel est quasiment inexistant ! Pas d'explication, manque d’organisation. Bref nous sommes loin des standards qui se pratiques en Europe ou même La Réunion et Madagascar. Piscine, non concordance entre la brochure...

"I was in Mauritius for work and booked this hotel an hour before I checked in without really researching it at all. It was superb. I stayed for 2 nights all-inc. The staff were lovely - polite but also fun to talk to. I had an amazing massage in the spa (by Cedric). I took a hobbie cat out and spent a morning zipping up and down the bay (though got told off for staying out too long!!!). "Great that it was adults only. All staff were polite and friendly throughout the resort. Service was excellent throughout our stay. Liked the fact the resort was very eco focused, for example no plastic bottles use, no plastic straws, etc. The whole resort was spotlessly clean, our room, the beach, the pool, the restaurants... A lovely place to stay."
