"This is a new property, so in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and bedding. We stayed in a deluxe room without ocean view and overlooked a car park, which meant we didn’t use the balcony. Note that bathroom is open and won’t suit everyone. Pool is tiny for size of hotel. Nice rooftop bar but allow very drunk people to dominate the night we went there. The overall service experience is mixed from great to dreadful. Staff who are natural at customer service and those who don’t have a clue....

Ground floor rooms hear every footstep from above and if people are early risers or night owls, you will need earplugs to sleep. - A room with a comfortable couch.
