"Having a washing and a dryer in the room was a pleasant surprise. The cleaners, the hotel staff and the chefs were all very pleasant and warm, the space and layout of the room was immaculate. We will definitely recommend it to others and we look forward to returning. Breakfast was good and the location was close to everything."

"The building is great, the apartment was perfect, the staff superbe, and they take care of the building, guests and security. There is a supermarket across the street which makes your life so much easier. The issue, as others have mentioned, is that the building is at the limit of the safe area in the neighborhoods near the casco viejo. There is also a soccer field and some type of local dancing that are always playing something and very loud (obviously Casco View has no control over this)....

"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."
