Starting from check in till check out they were so friendly even helped me adjust my stay according to my flight time. The breakfast was so diverse and i loved how each day i got a different menu. I was stayinh there as i had a concert in Thunderdome. There is easy sky walk from the hotel to thunderdome which made it so easier for me. Theres many food,drinks,coffee shops...

"Pretty run-down facility, warm AC, mosquitoes everywhere, never stable WiFi, dirty furniture, 24-hour traffic noise. This hotel should not be in hospitality business. "

"The hotel is on the other side of the world and it's almost impossible to find taxi and nobody except for one receptions knew how to call for a taxi. And for our way back from our tours none of the taxis knew where the hotel was. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best but nobody speak English "

"The building has a lot of failures...the bathroom is extremely hot...low water pressure in shower..not maintained well shower..small ants(mot)in bathroom and room..even in bed..slightly smell of mould.."
