"This is a typical upscale Bangkok Hotel. Our issue was despite receiving a confirmation of the booking, and an email from Avani saying we are looking to having you and quotes THEIR booking confirmation number the reception.The receotion staff claimed for half an hour that there was no reservation and that Expedia had failed to forward it. In short they refused to honour the reservation, and their own confirmation email and booking number, for forty minutes. Not sure where you go with this...

But when got worse at 11 pm I called front desk to solve the problem and they told me someone will go up and asked them to keep it quiet. Nothing happened, called again and again same answer. This time the manager called and said if I want I can change my room , this is at 4:30 am and I had very bad migraines because all night...
