The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything nearby. What truly stood out, however, was the service and the management team. I had a minor issue during our stay—something I honestly didn’t expect to be addressed. "Great view from ocean king room Nice room. But overall its kinda nickle and diming. Very thrifty with towels..have to pay 100000vnd for floating tube to use lazy river. Drinks and food is pricey. Service to get poolside drinks not very good. Not within walking distance to anything. But resort is clean. "

"The staff were great nice and friendly. The room was ok but it should state if there are 2 adults and 2 children you need to pay for extra beds as the rooms don’t accomodate what is stated. The resort is nice but because the majority of visitors are Russian everything is Russian dominated even when talking to entertainment staff they talk to you in Russian.
