"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated in the description that the suite contained a washer and dryer. It doesn’t. The laundry room is downstairs and it costs US$12 to wash and dry a load. The suite itself was huge with a very comfortable bed in a separate bedroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and set up around the small pool. The area around the hotel wasn’t that nice, but a short walk took you to a large park and there were many restaurants near by. "This was a great choice for me and my family. We had a great stay. The staff was nice but they could have been more warm and friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and maintained well. I like that it was like an apartment (it had a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and plates/cups). The breakfast was good. The location was great for us because we were able to walk to the mall that's nearby and it was a short drive to downtown San Jose."

"I only stayed one short night. The room was spacious and clean, but bare bones. No lamp or bedside table. There was a really strong smell coming from the bathroom. Like the pucks they use in men’s urinals, but really strong. "
