"I gave this property a "Good" rating instead of an "Excellent" because the customer service was lacking. Our room was not ready at 4:30pm. We were offered a drink voucher and I had to remind the front desk that there were two of us in the room. When we did get into our room several items were missing. The ottoman that was supposed to accommodate our suitcases was not there. The hairdryer was also missing. The front desk did have someone bring these items but I felt that there was a real "Oh...

"Reserved a Junior Suite with a king size bed and a couch/pull-out bed for 3 adults. The pull-out bed was awful, uncomfortable and unsleepable. There was a huge stain on one of the couch cushions (the side that was not visible, of course, until it was removed to set up the pull-out bed). Additionally, there was garbage under the couch that was revealed when setting up the bed. The room had accessibility features. "It was near a major highway which made it easy to get to but unfortunately there was a few loud vehicles that passed at night which were very loud. All hotels will occasionally have an extra loud motorist so I can't blame the hotel. Very large shopping center nearby was worth the visit"

"The Cozy Den was just that. A cozy place to unwind at the end of a long day of sightseeing with family. Very clean and comfortable. The furnace is a bit noisy, but you are downstairs by it. We did sleep peacefully. No noise from above. I would recommend the Cozy Den for a stay."

"Well situated property close to village of Nyack. Our host was friendly and accommodating. Having a parking space is a huge plus in this part of town. The apartment is cozy and fit our group comfortably. Be advised that the rooms do not each contain a queen bed; the listing should be updated to specify that they contain a queen, full, and twin, respectively. "

"Spacious house with amazing view. Owner was responsive to all needs and questions. Great location outside NYC and the small town of Piermont has a good selection of restaurants (and it’s a short drive to other quaint towns). We appreciated that house had a Christmas tree up for us and enjoyed fire pit by the river after the snow! Our family of 9 adults plus toddler and infant were very comfortable in the house - we loved our time there!"
