"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. "The house was clean and very secluded. We visited for a week to go to Dreams Park which was a 30 minute drive through rolling hills and pastures- picturesque. Home was well stocked with utensils, appliances and spices/condiments. Beautiful view of night skies. Closest grocery we found was in Oneonta about 20 minutes away.
