"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Our family trip was ruined on the first night. Despite calling ahead to confirm our late arrival from NYC for a two-bed room, we were given a room with only one full bed. My husband, myself, and our two kids had to cram into a single bed in a freezing room because the heat wasn't on. The only negative (which I have noticed at most hotels since I believe a law was made regarding hotels needing refillable soap/shampoo/condition bottles in the shower as opposed to travel size bottles) is that the conditioner was mostly empty upon arrival. "Jen, our host was amazing! The inn was very beautiful, clean and welcoming. The inn is within walking distance to great restaurants, pubs and Glenn falls state park. Vineyards and wine tasting start withing a 5 minute drive and the scenery ( lake view) begins right on the inn's porch or upper decks. A great place for our 50th anniversary "road trip"."
