"Très mauvaise expérience avec l’hôte de ce chalet. Nous l’avons réservé pour un week-end de détente en famille le 05 Novembre pour le 28-29. Le 26 au soir j’écris à l’hôte pour m’assurer que le spa est fonctionne car c’était la raison principal du choix de ce chalet . Il me répond qu’il voulait justement m’écrire pour me dire que le spa est en maintenance .. pas lui avoir écris probablement que j’aurais eu la surprise.. je demande si je vais avoir une compensation si il est pas fonctionnel car...

"Tout était parfait à cet endroit. Très paisible, on a pu aller prendre de belles marches. Vraiment agréable d'être dans la saison où il faisait plus froid pour faire un feu à l'intérieur. "Place was clean, good kitchen equipment and dog friendly locale they didn’t comment on cost of dog on site but was 100$ for the stay. Seems like new location as no info book re how to use hot tub and what to do with compost as there’s a bucket but no bin at the end of the driveway."

"The property was great but upstairs floors squeaked so loud that it woke people up. Also no regular TV subscription so limited to Netflix, Disney, etc. Property had a stunning view of the lake and had all the amenities required. Wish we brought our skates since they had a rink made on the basketball court. Snow shoe trails around the property were great and hot tub was a nice touch. Great communication with the host company. "Clean and great cottage look and feel. Stunning location. Cottage needs TLC with many unchanged burnt lightbulbs, torn sofas, malfunctioning stovetop. Sauna was out of order. Main issue was with old windows that needs replacing. They were drafty and the cottage had a difficult time keeping warmth in winter nights. Would come back to Fiddler Lake but not at that particular cottage in this condition."
