"The property has been well used, the furniture is broken and needs replacing. The television did not work, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and the coffee maker had parts from other machines. The walls and floors were banged up, and the counter tops were chipped. Overall the property requires some much needed maintenance."

"Wonderful unit. Great location in Eindhoven, only a few minutes from center of town. Unit is comfortable with kitchenette, dining and living area, and 2 bedrooms. Access to the unit is easy. Communication with host was good; an issue with payment was quickly resolved. would recommend."

"The place is nicely situated in a good neighborhood, with a beautiful backyard that added a peaceful touch to our stay. The home was comfortable and met most expectations. However, a few improvements could enhance the experience — particularly having a working exhaust in both the bathroom and kitchen. Additionally, the shower area was quite compact, which might be a consideration for future guests. Still, a good spot overall with potential to be even better."
