"Le lavabo sale à mon arrivée. Il y avait de la terre dans le lavabo et autre choses. Il est bloqué depuis un certain temps. L’eau montait, je ne pouvait pas m’en servir, même pas pour me brosser les dents. L’homme qui s’occupait de l’entretien est venu à quelque reprises pour enlever l’eau et nettoyer le lavabo. Il ne devrait pas louer une chambre dans cet état. Le personnel est très gentil."
