"The property is even better in person than the description. It is cozy home that leaves you with a mixed feeling of country charm and modern efficiency. I loved the two porches which provided space for two couples. All basic amenities were provided. The owners were available if needed and gracious. "We were the third visitors in this brand new tiny house that is located in the backyard of the host’s home. The tiny house was well planned out and featured a main bedroom w/king-sized bed, well stocked fridge, & coffee bar and another separate room with toilet & shower. Area is very quiet & tranquil. Great location to rock on the front porch or take a stroll around the neighborhood."

"I definitely give this property 5 gold stars in all categories. It was EXACTLY as advertised with the owner taking care to provide little 'extras' on top of that in the form of snacks, coffee, etc... The electric awning is not even mentioned, but it makes a nice outside sitting area with the provided picnic table. The tiny camper is perfect for a night or a few for 1-2 people. Very clean, great communication and all the things you would want."

"My daughter and I were in Shelbyville for a horse competition and this was a perfect place to stay!! The tiny home was perfect in every way. It was very convenient to town but out in the country just enough for a peaceful stay. The home was spotless and had everything anyone would need for a home away from home. "Our family of 4 and our best friends, also a family of 4 stayed in this wonderful property over the 4th of July holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kiddos all hung out and slept in the loft area which was huge and has a TV! The kitchen was nicely equipped, the dock was nice and covered. We swam and fished off of it. The only recommendation I would make would be sure to also rent the golf cart. So helpful when carrying things down and back to the boat. Lastly, the host was...
