"Room was really warm for our arrival. Staff were pleasant. I was not well prepared and I think the hotel could be missing an opportunity to help guests get up the mountain during snowy conditions (I wasn’t carrying snow chains and there were limited options to get me up to my ski lesson on time). Not a criticism I would absolutely stay here again."

You can literally hear everything through the walls, conversations, doors opening, footsteps, etc. Tried calling management to change my room, but they did not respond to my messages or answer the phone. Was great to return to our room made up while we were out on the second day. First impressions however were a bit disappointing, the reception was closed when we arrived at 2pm, so spoke to someone on an intercom to get our room number. Also there was quite a lot of leaves and rubbish outside our room, alcohol cans, paper bags etc, that did not get tidied...
