Althought the daily cleaning appeared to be fine the carpet badly needed a proper shampoo clean to remove dirty marks all over it. The two armchairs also needed a proper clean, very dirty handmarks etc. on the arms and the seats."

"Close to town. We were given a very outdated run down but clean room. Very old outdated TV. No Sky no chrome cast Asked to be moved to a room with smart tv. The hotel would not accommodate even though it was Sunday night and not busy. And would not refund. I do not recommend this hotel."
