"The property was perfect. The owner was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get in the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that the windows were left open And several mosquitoes and flies were buzzing around the apartment making it hard to sleep. Suggest getting mosquitoes nets around the beds or screens on the windows to prevent this from happening. But will still recommend!"

"Clarence House is an excellent place to stay and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Westlands. Its close proximity to Sarit Center Mall makes it an ideal place for someone who needs some good shopping and dining options. The staff are very nice and respectful and respond to messages promptly. Will recommend it if you plan to stay in Nairobi."

"The swimming pool was great and heated. All staff were super friendly! Some areas in the property could be better maintained. Food in the restaurant could be better."

"This is almost the perfect stay in Nairobi. The price was fantastic, but the quality of the apartments is amazing. Extremely spacious and well equipped and within a five mk talk of the National museum. I felt safe walking around in the day, but with limited street lights I tended to uber at night - even short distances. The mall below the apartments has a food court and a well stocked modern supermarket with everything you need to prepare meals etc. the store has a liquor store if you want...

"I liked the standard of cleanliness and maintained but was greatly disturbed by the noisy from the neighbourhood between 9pm to about 11pm. My first 3 nights but the last night was free of noise. The staff were friendly n happy to help only if they are requested. I can use the property again."

"It was a little difficult to locate the place because there's no "Avalor Suites" sign visible anywhere in the building. However, after asking two random people we were able to locate it. The rooms were surprisingly super clean, and everything inside looked and felt new. The views from all the windows were amazing. You might need a few minutes to familiarize yourself with how hot water system works, cable TV and the super fast wifi. The host is genuinely super helpful if anything doesn't...

"Great large size apartment, clean. Staff very nice."

"Very comfortable stay. Staff were all very kind, especially Grace. She even played outdoor games with me and my young kids. They were very quick to answer any questions and to show us how to turn on the hot water. They treate us like family. The food was delicious. The master bed was very comfortable with luxury bedding. Our only big challenge was no water from the master bath sink but we didn't bother to have them check it out. The shower worked great so we were content. "
