"Was a great stay"

"Staff were very friendly From arrival to departure. The bed looked dirty; bed sheet appears to be blood stain and shoes stomped markings. I have videos and photos taken when I arrived and discovered. "

"After we checked in, we noticed cockroaches in the room crawling on the cabinet next to the TV. We asked for assistance and they sent someone to spray. After they sprayed, more roaches came out from behind the false wall. They moved our room and gave us the can of bug spray in case we need in the new room. The new room was very warm and even after hours, the A/C would not cool the room. The next morning we walked on the beach which was covered in trash. I could go on about the food and service...

Another person was the lady tending the bar made tea for our elderly family. She knew assignment. The security guards were very very very cordial and friendly. Overall a 5 stars service. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏"

"Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war super alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Der Pool war sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls praktisch: Es liegt zwar in der Nähe der Hauptstraße, befindet sich aber in einer Seitenstraße, sodass es ruhiger ist wobei ich ein Zimmer hatte, das nicht zur Straße hinausging. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt ich würde definitiv...
