"Our second time this year renting here. It’s perfect. To speak to others posts, it’s may not be aesthetically perfect, there is a little touch up paint needed but otherwise it’s wonderful and so is the PM and Nathan the owner. No negatives. Only recommendation would be add a folding clothes dryer to the utility cabinet. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplace, and hot tub along with all the amenities of being in Sunriver. It’s become a home we love. "

"What a beautiful house! It's modern, super clean, and had many comfortable rooms and beds to meet our team's needs. The kitchen is well stocked and living area comfortable for a large group. Entertainment wise there was everything we needed, bikes, ping pong table, hot tub. Communication with the host was great, we will definitely stay again next year when our team travels to Bend. "

Having access to three bathrooms was also great.The two gathering spaces were nice, and the kitchen had what we needed. "Good location for exploring Newberry Crater and Lapine State Park. Day road rather noisy with traffic starting around 5 in morning. If a city dweller probably won't notice. "
