"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. "出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。"

"Only washer. No dryer. Very nice facility including little play ground, swimming pool and gym. But I wasn’t used to needing to scan the tag every time I use the elevator. Quite annoying on that regards. But I will stay again!"

"Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Den eneste udfordribg var, at vi brugte 20 minutter på at finde indgangen, da vi ankom. Der er mange unge studerende der bor der, men der er ingen larm. Til gengæld, er der godt gang i barerne, rundt omkring. Klar anbefaling."

"The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. We would like to stay at this property again in the future when visiting Kuala Lumpur "
