"The front desk lady was the most professional. One front man was very smiling, polite, professional. The two others much too casual, lack of class, not the behavior expected from front desk staff. I was given an apartment with a view on a parking, while the site boasts a nice corner room with roof windows. "Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room.
