"Overall, the apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, close to the town center, restaurants, and shopping. It had everything needed for an extended stay, including linens, cookware, an iron, and other essentials. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the appliances were in good condition. There were a few areas for improvement. Parking was difficult to secure and quite expensive. Although I stayed for only two weeks, I was required to pay for an entire...

"Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked...

"We were very disappointed to learn just prior to check-in that the property has been rented and is therefore unavailable for short-term rental. I don’t understand how it could still be listed as available under these circumstances. We had to scramble to find an alternative solution for a dad-daughter birthday outing, and given the late notice, all of the locations that had previously shown as available were no longer free. I was required to give star ratings for items like check in and...

"The walkability of the hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff is great. We loved DeShawn. The grounds are so pretty. Our particular suite was NOT in great condition. The tp holder was torn off the wall with a hole in the drywall. he blinds in the family room were broken. It looked like someone had had a party in there. I am still waiting to hear about some type of compensation."

"It was an inconvenience from the beginning until the end. Front desk is never at their desk… I waited an hour just to check out….when front desk is finally available they don’t guide you properly they seem lost themselves. I was never asked for an ID but was provided a key - I never received the package they are suppose to provide. I had to pay $20 a day for parking. While I was in the room I got a message that they were going to cancel my stay due to the third party not having a picture of...

Mejores comentarios sobre hoteles en Hunter Mill

citizenM Washington DC Capitol

10/10 Excelente

"El hotel está en buenas condiciones, es de decoración moderna, el check in es self-service, casi no hay personal pero todo funciona. Las habitaciones son muy coloridas, así como el resto de la decoración el hotel."

The Westin DC Downtown

8/10 Bueno

"El hotel miente con la promoción de desayuno incluido. Cuando uno llega al restaurante, nos dicen que hay un crédito de 28 dolares para el desayuno, no que este incluido. Y por supuesto, del menú de desayuno (muy limitado por cierto) los costos facilmente sobrepasan esa cantidad. Los colchones del hotel son muy incomodos. Fuera de eso, el servicio es muy bueno, el personal muy amable, y las instalaciones bien cuidadas. "
