"Nice small quiet neighborhood cat fishing out the back door!! Wouldn’t recommend swimming as the river moves very fast. Comfortable beds. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Nice get away for a family if you are looking for peace and quiet. "

"I am from this area but currently live elsewhere. We were back for my mom’s memorial service and wanted to stay in a place where we could have peace and quiet. This home fit perfectly for my family and our needs. The home had all the modern conveniences but kept its charm. The rooms were very spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The only issue we had were the ants in the kitchen which were around the sink and microwave. This was only a small issue that resolved itself...

"Very spacious property. The beds were great!! TVs in all the bedrooms, nice snacks waiting for us along with bottled water. The building has a lot of character and has been very well taken care of. "

"We had an amazing time at the farm with friends for a few days. The house and the property had everything we could have asked for. Everything was clean and they had invested a lot of time and effort into creating a beautiful flower garden space around the property. There were amazing views from every side of the house and plenty of places to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. "

The location is central to just about everything in St.Joseph, we joked that GPS was broke because everything was only 7 minutes away when we checked. The area is beautiful and relatively quiet, there was some noise from the road beside the apartment but not enough to be a complaint. The apartment had all of the furnishings we could need including plenty of extras like blankets pillows and towels. It was very easy to follow the instructions...

"The cabin was very nice and easily accessible. We really enjoyed the views of the Missouri River from the double set of large glass doors. The setting was very quiet if you don’t count the train whistles which I don’t mind at all but should be noted if you’re a light sleeper. Disposable earplugs were actually provided which was a thoughtful touch. Everything in the cabin was comfortable and well thought out.
