"Super Premium-Zimmer in guter Lage. Die niedrigere Zimmer-Kategorie sollte man wohl auslassen, da man ansonsten nur ein Fenster zu einem ca. 1 Meter breitem Innenhof hat, wo gegenüber das Fenster vom anderen Zimmer ist. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück super und der Service ausgezeichnet. Die Sanitäranlagen sind auch in bestem Zustand. Im großen und ganzen ein super Aufenthalt."

"I booked a 2 bedroom apartment/suite. The room was noticeably more run-down and worse for wear than the photos show online. Within the first hour one of us saw a cockroach on the ceiling while showering. We let it go for a bit because we just chalked it up to being in a tropical country. However, we saw 2 more cockroaches in the living area and kitchen and at that point we felt deeply uncomfortable. We did end up getting a room upgrade after informing the front desk, but even after receiving one...
