"No idea who give them 4* The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but my experience was far from that standard. Housekeeping was poor, the dishes was extremely dirty, most restaurants were either closed or only open until 7:30 PM, and the elevators were old and extremely slow. If this hotel were honestly rated as a 2-star property, I would gladly give it 5 stars for meeting expectations. But when you promise 4-star quality and fail to deliver, the rating has to reflect that."

"Great place, very close to th ski hill, which is what we wanted. Host was very accommodating with wanting a late checkout. Only downfall was the Asian beetles which were everywhere, but he did tell us about them before, which helped. Would have been nice to have a couch to sit on in the living room. Not much living room space. "
